Over the last year or so we have tested out a range of HR Services Parternship's services, from undertaking a strategic organisational review to detailed and specific HR advice on personnel matters to management training. Their response has always been prompt, professional and cognisant of the needs of the voluntary/ community sector. In addition, advice is explained in such a way as to increase our own understanding of legislative and other requirements. They have taken the fear out of some of the most recent and, from the employer's standpoint more onerous, legislation and enabled us to deal with some key personnel matters effectively,making this a stronger organisation.
